the safety and comfort of your pet, as well as my hands, is my top priority. I understand that some dogs may feel anxious, stressed or uncomfortable during the grooming process for these reasons:
If a dog shows signs of grumpiness or becomes difficult to handle safely i may need to stop the grooming session
In these cases, the grooming fee (full or partial payments depending on how much of the service was completed) will still apply
For everyone’s wellbeing, I may recommend that a highly grumpy or difficult dog be groomed, with me, in a salon setting. Where I will have access to more stable equipment and may possibly provide a better experience
Cancellations and rescheduling Policies:
Any cancelations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. This is because last-minute can be difficult to fill, and that time has been set aside just for your pet.
If you reschedule with more than 24 hour notice, your deposit will carry over to the new appointment . If you cancel entirely, the deposit is forfeited.
Missing an appointment without notice will result in a loss of deposit. Repeat no-shows or reschedulings may require full prepayment for future bookings
